Disturbed sleep
For the past few months i have experienced alot of sleep disturbances..
I find myself waking up every 60 to 90 minutes... i toss and turn...my sleep is not deep...though i do dream...a lot.. sometimes i lay in my bed half awake, for hours, feeling like i am ...not really here...but not gone... i can hear the dog breathing...doors creaking...sometimes i feel like i can hear my hair moving on my skin.... i keep a radio on to try to drown out the...silence... but i have not had a decent nights sleep in so long.. i was curious if anyone else has experienced these problems? |

Re: Disturbed sleep
Hi Celine -
Sometimes I have light sleeps like that when I don't exercise enough. That seems to be a lot lately. {yikes!} When it happens - I don't know if it'll help you - but I try to connect to my body again, wiggle toes, feel sheets, my body's rhythms and all that. It seems to bring me back to myself - and I feel like my senses aren't all 'out there' (though that can be fun sometimes too). It's at that time I think, too, yikes, I should have toiled physically! |

Re: Disturbed sleep
Celine,
I have issues with sleep, but then, I have had them for most of my life. I have also used medications to sleep. Some of them work great, but they have consequences and side effects. Addiction is possible-especially with benzodiazepines(Valium, Xanax). It is possible that there are ascension-related sleep disturbances happening here. With everything that is going on, it can be tough to let go and relax to the point of achieving a deep, restorative sleep. I know my life is certainly *interesting* right now! I suggest starting with the obvious things first as far as making sure you are most likely to sleep well such as avoiding stimulants and having a dark, comfortable sleeping area with a regular bedtime. If you try all of that stuff to no avail, seeking a medical opinion may be necessary. You may have a chemical imbalance(hormone?) that could be causing your trouble. I suggest a naturopath or a doctor trained in functional or integrative medicine. One more suggestion: I often ask Archangel Raphael for assistance with correcting whatever imbalances are present(healing) so I can get the sleep I need. I hope you are able to find an effective solution quickly! |

Re: Disturbed sleep
I use a fan at night, fish tank bubbles work good to, low sound but constant and yep waking up lots lately. Forget about the meds, eat 1 piece of toast at night with peanut butter before you go to bed with some milk is another suggestion.

I have tried some over the counter medication, but i seem to have a very high tolerance ...and i do not wish to abuse my body that way.. excersize...now that is a great idea...a walk before bed perhaps? Kids? hmmm i did my time! 3 kids, almost all grown (17-19-21).. And... i am a grandmother!!! 1 1/2 year old adorable boy!!! ascension... hmm i am learning more and more about this... i need to read more before sharing my opinion... |

Re: Disturbed sleep
I've been restless the last few nights. Last night I flew a lot and dreamt of sessession and Russian / Chinese attacking the U.S. as we were in such disarray.
Not a fun nights sleep at all. Oh, I was taking people up with me as I flew. They would grab my hand and we would go higher and higher. |
