Some TED goodies
I've subscribed to TED podcasts for a long time now without watching them and recently sorted through them. Maybe I'm less excited about TED because I'm more sceptical, maybe the stuff just doesn't fit entirely in my paradigm but I want to share some of the goodies that I have found on this clear out (podcast unsubscribed, browsing TED is more insightful).
Video 1: Only the last ten minutes are of real importance, and if you become interested you can watch the rest. http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/d...happiness.html Video 2: I can hardly sum up this talk, but Americans should be especially interested as it concerns the American perspective. In short, Robots, Cell Engineering, Tissue Engineering and how it all is probably the next Margaret Thatcher of the US of A. http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/j...w_science.html Video 3: Less regulation, more responsibility. Most important talk in a while. http://www.ted.com/talks/barry_schwa...of_wisdom.html I hope you enjoy. |
