Hello. We are the Arcadians. We are many forms of humanoid and not reptilian. When the reptilian humanoids came to breed with our children, we left and came to Sirius B for refuge. We stay on our Mothership and travel to the places we go in shuttlecraft. We have citizens of our colony who have slate grey skin, very large cone heads and skinny arms and legs. We have those with faces shaped like large chevrons with big almond eyes. There are several others, we have great diversity. We travel out in orbs to Earth. We are Ones who travel around observing silently and not interacting. We take data back to our Ships about how Earth is progressing. We are Monitors. We collect data and analyze it. We do this to help formulate plans of how to handle certain situations in the best manner. We are physically there to witness happenings and report it to the computers. We help bring data about if a Group is 'ready' or 'not ready' to proceed with the next steps. By being there Monitoring, we are often able to speed up projects. When we see growth and positive reactions, we feed that back to the computer. The result is the computer is able to reveal the next step. We act as observers and this knowledge is shared with others involved with delegating orders and carrying out the Master Plan. We are the go between for Earth and the Silent Watcher. We watch and record everything. Ashtar I want everyone to see this aspect of the Galactic Federation. I want everyone to know that beaming your light and being in your joy is going to be the most important thing you can do right now. Giving up hope is just what the dark wants. We are going to stand in our joy knowing the changes we seek are happening. Every thought and every action effects everything else. It is time to understand that there has been a war within the Illuminati to control Planet Earth for themselves and also other Planets as well. This is why the Gaia Conscious Collective called the Galactic Federation with the Secret Forces headed by KOS and working with Korton from Mars. The Planet needed intergalactic help to overcome the threat. Earth has been made into a place where all the finances are hedged on bad paper and the population at large are slaves. The Annunaki were working, up to 8/8/09, hand in hand with Politicians and Bankers around the World, as well as the Biomedical Military Industrial Complex to control everyone. You are now in the process of watching this dissolve. These Annunaki still have Ships in Earth's orbit. Last week a very large Ship of negative ETs was taken out. They too will be exiting the Planet's orbit and will not have access to come back.

Do not be too influenced by what you see happening around you, as many things are going on of which you do not have awareness of, and are intentionally kept quiet. The outer appearances given by events on Earth suggest there is not much headway being made against the dark forces. The truth is that our allies are maneuvering them into situations that will weaken their power base, and then more pressure will be exerted until they collapse. It may sound simpler to meet them head on and deal with them openly, but it is essential that when we make our move it is decisive. We do not wish to cause more disarray than exists at present, and want to see our friends of the Light move into the forefront. Trust us Dear Ones, as we will state again that we have a greater understanding of what is needed, as we have full knowledge of what is happening behind the scenes. There is little if anything of importance that escapes our attention.
There is a need to spread the Light of understanding, if those souls who are lagging behind are to respond to it and have the same opportunity as every one else. It cannot and would not be imposed upon anyone, and at all times you move at a pace that suits you. Some of course are so lacking in awareness that it is difficult to reach them. However, once they show a desire to open their minds to the truth help will be at hand in the shape of their Guides. They are constantly around trying to lead souls towards the Light, and have infinite love and patience. It is this type of service to others that some of you will elect to do for those who do not rise up this time. The cycles come and go all of the time with further opportunities to travel the same paths again......

Questioner: In your last contact you mentioned that our Moon shows only one side to us because it was artificially balanced to rotate around the Earth in the same time that completes one full revolution on its axes After posting this information I have received an email from Germany saying that the same phenomena of synchronicity between rotation and revolution is natural and can be observed in other moons throughout our solar system, could you please elaborate on that?
Most of the moons of your solar system have been modified in one way or another. Out of the 173 moons known to you, 46 have been balanced in the same way that your Moon was balanced near one million years ago. Some of the moons are hollow and atmosphere has been created in the inside. And also there are objects known to you as moons that are in fact large spaceships.
Questioner: It is said that many extraterrestrial races have visited our planet in the past, a reader from Mexico asked if could you tell us how many and where they came from?
Many, many races have visited your planet. Most of them were explorers and scientist; however, seven of those races have claimed ownership over your planet by means of establishing colonies. The Galactic Records shows that the first extraterrestrial race to arrive on Earth was the Draconian Federation from the Alpha Draconis star system, but they failed in the attempt to shift the Earths eco-system from oxygen-based into hydrogen-based, so they left and later a different fraction of the Draconian Alliance came back to set-up the Lemurian collective in cooperation with other two races from the Alpha Canis and Taurus constellations. The Lemurian collective lived on your planet for approximately 40.000 years of your count, until it was destroyed in war. However, not all individuals were killed and many of them moved to other parts of your planet, where they still live.
From all extraterrestrial races, the one that have had more interaction/intervention with earthling humans is the Anunnaki from Nibiru, and theirs first arrival happened near 500.000 years of your count ago. 75.000 years later the Anunnaki crossbred the existing Human DNA on that time on Earth with their own. The first genetic modifications were made in laboratories based on Mars, later the new hybrid DNA was implanted in the Homo Erectus DNA, starting the transformation process of the earthling Human race.
Many of you could see this as a violation of free-will or a negative action against a young/undeveloped race, but we of the Higher Realms see it as an important part of the Divine Plan for Mankind evolution. Even those against the Creators plan are part of it.....

Questioner: You have mentioned that Love is our natural state of being; a reader from Brazil asked why is so difficult to achieve Love?

Love is what your consciousness is made of, and it exists beyond duality, hence is neither difficult nor easy. The absence of Love is nothing but fear. When you live in fear Love is not there and seems to be difficult.
The groups in power know this, and they have been generating fear in the human collective for thousands of years, through wars, diseases, chaos, collective panic, etc. And now they plan to use the so-called disclosure for their final stand. The groups in power will give you their version of disclosure; they will reveal the existence of extraterrestrial life in such way that many individuals of your collective will voluntarily give up their free-will to them. The groups in power (which are not your governments) knows that open/public contact from benevolent races is month away, so they are accelerating the agenda of disclosure to use it in their favor.
Do not be fooled once again. The groups leading the official disclosure parade are the same groups who possess alien/advanced technologies for the last 60 years and kept this knowledge away from the public. They are the same groups who have made treaties with the draconian alliance, exchanging human life for silly military technology. They are the ones responsible for engineering viruses with the only purpose of stopping your collective evolution process, turning you into slaves. They are the ones who have built enough depleted-uranium weapons capable of destroying your planet 900 times.
These groups do not have your best interest in mind, and they will use disclosure as the final steppingstone in their attempt of global domination.
But they do not know that with all these negative agendas they have created a unique opportunity for you to be free, for you to break free of your present state of consciousness. After all you were born free, it is just that they have conditioned you to forget it. Freedom is the remembering process of being Yourself.
These negative groups are powerless in the presence of Love, and their agendas can be stopped instantly by the Love of the collective.
Remember, never try to be free from them, this is another trick; the freedom from something is not true freedom. Can you see it? The freedom from something will not be freedom at all, because it is given to you. And if it is given to you, that freedom will contain the same vibrations that have conditioned you to forget your original freedom in first place. Your real freedom will come only from awareness and Love, and is the ultimate experience of life. There is nothing higher than that....

"I'm Feeling Very Strange and I Don't Know Why" ; Symptoms of Leaving
Our Old Roles Behind

Energetically, spiritually, and at soul levels, we are all
connected at our core. Like the roots of an aspen grove, even
though we are very much separate individuals, we are also connected
deep within our root system. As mentioned earlier in this e-book,
we began as one soul, separated from our source, and then divided
into soul after soul after soul. In addition, all of us are part of
this grand plan of starting over, sharing one mind so to speak, and
making decisions together at our highest soul levels. In these
ways, many times we experience the same feelings, and at times,
strange ascension symptoms, all at the same time. As we placed
ourselves within this picture and plan, we are very much a part of
a beautifully connected whole, lovingly going through this process
together, as we brought up the vibration of the planet through
ourselves, and are now creating the new reality as we continue to
evolve and expand.

As we progressed up the rungs of the ascension ladder, we usually
experienced the same symptoms over and over again, as there are
common stages that repeat themselves with each ascending rung of
the ladder. One of the symptoms that was most common for all of us,
was the loss of a sense of place. Each time we left one rung of the
ascension ladder, we commonly had this very uncomfortable feeling.
As we no longer belong in our old space, are now vibrating much
higher within ourselves, and have let go of so much, we then no
longer fit anywhere, or so it seems.

Our level of consciousness is now much higher, and no longer
matches the lower level of consciousness that created the world we
are still residing in. But there is much more to this than levels
of consciousness. Consciousness can exist within a mind, but the
ascension process creates a consciousness that exists totally and
completely within every cell of our human bodies. In this way, we
are vibrating much higher than our prior energetic space, and this
alone creates the uncomfortable feeling that we no longer belong
anywhere on this earth;and we may also commonly feel that we no
longer belong in our own skin as well. We have changed so much,
have let go of so much of who we thought we were, and aligned so
much more with our true and authentic selves, that everything and
anything can seem strange, out of place, and existing in a space
that does not remotely fit where we now are. We simply cannot
relate in any way to the world we still find ourselves living in.
Yes, evolving through the ascension process is different than
mentally "knowing" higher level ways of being and living. We come
to really be these ways deeply within ourselves, and this is how we
know that we are really and truly evolving into higher vibrating
beings;and especially when we find that a higher consciousness does
not remotely resemble what we thought it would!

During ascension, when we begin to vibrate higher within ourselves,
we can also no longer reside in the lower vibrations for the simple
fact that lower and higher vibrations cannot exist in the same
space for very long. There is a massive mis-match in frequency, and
this can cause great discomfort and a short-circuit type of
experience, even if we do not consciously know why. For this
reason, if we do not leave on our own from feelings of great
dis-comfort, as we are now a higher vibrating entity or body, we
will then get "kicked out" of a lower vibrating space; meaning we
will be asked to leave, be let go from a job, have a relationship
end, and so forth. Thus, creating even more the intense feeling and
experience of no sense of place. And as a higher vibrating physical
space had yet to be created during these many years of the
ascension process, many going through the process were then
relegated to staying in their own sacred spaces, or homes,
venturing out less and less, while connecting with like-minded
souls where possible, many times via the internet, as their circle
of friends grew ever smaller.

But having no sense of place really goes a bit deeper than all of
the above. Because we are all so very connected and are all part of
the plan, with each energy shift or new soul mass decision, most of
us simply feel it for no apparent reason. When we had a massive
restructuring beginning in July of 2009 because too much of the
masses had not yet caught up, we really felt it. Grieving for a
failure, sadness for great loss, weeping for no apparent reason,
and even simply feeling that a great change had occurred somewhere,
were common emotions and feelings during this time, even if many of
us did not know why. So in regard to having no sense of place, we
can have this intense and uncomfortable feeling, even if our lives
are the same as they were only a day before; all because these
changes are occurring deep within us and at our soul levels."
