Many issues that humanity has needed to address for a long time, but has blocked or denied, are rising into consciousness causing confusion and dismay. People are discovering within themselves attitudes and beliefs with which they are most uncomfortable and of which they have been in denial. However, they do need to be recognized and released to enable them to continue to advance along their spiritual paths. They frequently conflict with or are in total opposition to the life philosophy a person espouses, and consequently severely shock a person when they pop into their awareness, and that can cause a strong feeling of shame, which is why they were denied in the first place.
But unsavory attitudes and beliefs are very common and need to be seen and released. They are not something to be ashamed of, because they are endemic, everyone has some of them, just acknowledge them and let them go. It is only when they are denied or repressed that they are troublesome, because then they can burst unexpectedly into your awareness so that you act on them instantaneously, before you have time to think whether you really want to, or have time to decide whether or not it would be appropriate to do so. All your cultures, religions, and social customs have long lists of unmentionable subjects, ideas that they suggest could not possibly occur to any of their members. So when these ideas do bubble up into consciousness the person is shocked and horrified that such a thought could have occurred to her, and denial is almost instantaneous.
Locking down and controlling unacceptable thoughts and ideas uses up enormous amounts of the life force that is constantly flowing through you, your life energy. It leads to fatigue and depression as you try to distance yourself from this strange and threatening other self that wants and needs to be acknowledged. You have to acknowledge every aspect of yourself, not just the one you have chosen to display as your identity. Learn what each one wants, and then discover how to integrate them harmoniously into the complete and wonderful person that you truly are. Denial causes conflict, confusion, and fatigue, while acceptance, understanding, and harmonious integration of all the different, perfectly normal, and extremely creative aspects of yourself brings you to the divine and sublimely peaceful center of your true self. There you will find a limitless abundance of joy and energy, enabling you and encouraging you to live life with great enthusiasm and equanimity just as it happens.

Time is as ever speeding up, and events are also moving on and destined to fulfill your expectations. There is a point that has been reached, when we may have to exercise our options to bring matters to a head. We would rather that changes are seen to be the result of your mass consciousness, which is bringing reality to your visions. Many more people are questioning the old ways that some still cling to, and are promoting ideas that will change them forever. Each of you can add your power by focusing your thoughts on what is for the good of all. Ascension will come to pass regardless of what paths you create, but it will be much more to your liking if you move with it in a harmonious way. Bear in mind that a section of your population still expect apocalyptic changes, and it is where their focus is centered. Be assured therefore that everyones contribution to the Light is of great value, and helping create a peaceful passage to the end of this cycle.

Although you have not been aware of much that happens behind the scenes, we know that you have sufficient evidence of moves that are in the right direction. We believe that you are noticing that more people are questioning the authorities and their policies, and will realize that is creating more energy for change. This approach causes a reappraisal of existing practices, and it is opening the eyes of those who have been oblivious as to how they have been used. The power of the dark forces very much relies on their ability to gain blind obedience from their servants. However, it is changing as the level of consciousness is rising and bringing the truth to many more people. You are all part of the means to an end. according to how you project your vision.

We have our role to play and it will not make any difference to us if changes are necessary. The fact remains that Ascension will proceed regardless of how difficult it is made, but we do not anticipate problems. All options have already been considered, and we are totally prepared for any major changes to our plan. For example, if we were authorized to speed up Disclosure, we are primed to carry out a mass landing. By this we do not mean an overwhelming show of our presence, but one where the result would be impossible to ignore or refute. Disclosure would then follow, as it could no longer be kept back from public knowledge. There is clearly a vast difference between the usual sighting of our ships, as against a flyover and landings that would follow. It would be overwhelming for you to know the number of options that are available for your life path, so your awareness is limited to what you allow yourselves to be open to. Even at your level of vibration, there is so much more available to you, besides what you choose from. With each shift in your energy, which follows each new level of awareness, you expand your life path. This allows new options to be present but this must be accompanied by a willingness to allow them into your awareness. These represent change and new pathways for you, which have their own challenges and blessings.

The combination of a limitless spirit and a limiting ego pulls you in different directions and change creates two responses. From the ego you feel fear and many reasons to stay with your current situation. Spirit responds quietly, without judgment and hearing its voice requires courage, faith and trust. The ego will want many details, including where the change is taking you, what will happen, how it will feel and so on. The ego is willing to accept change as long as it knows where the change will lead. When you are open and within the flow, your path is limitless and everything is an opportunity and all are potential realities.

Are you open to change and the possibilities it brings to you? To do so the voice of the soul, which is aware of your limitless being, must be heard over that of the ego, which finds comfort in its boundaries and limitations. Your soul understands limitlessness and is not afraid of this expression. The ego's awareness is limited to boundaries and what it has already experienced. Anything beyond this it is not open to.

In your humanity you have accepted limitation so that you could learn to release it. Every expression of love, joy and abundance you can know is small, compared to what is truly possible for you at each new level of being. You participate in your own limitlessness by being open to the possibility that every path has unlimited potential, every choice has many potentials and your path is only limited to the level you are open to allowing spirit to guide you through its knowledge of your limitlessness. Be open to everything and you will be blessed beyond your imagining.
