A Donation collection
Does anyone agree to organising a collection of donations for Camelot, to maybe paying off some of the credit cards bills that kerry mentioned in her update. Maybe it would help to provide money to pay for more conferences like Barcelona and Brussels, that we greatly enjoy and is so informative, to try to get things moving again, anyone any ideas. I know that we all donate, but a bit extra would help so much, anyone...................

Re: A Donation collection
No way; whilst I appreciate what Bill and Kerry do I don't think there is a need for them to be travelling round the globe doing interviews, they could do what Mel from Veritas and Henrik from Red Ice do and use Skype or the phone for their interviews. I would have no problem in paying a forum subscription but as for paying for their travel - no way!!! If they want to go travelling then they should get jobs to fund it. Damm cheek!!!

Re: A Donation collection
I didn't suggest to donate for interviews, I meant to organise conferences with multiple speakers, Bill & Kerry already have interviews on "Whistleblower radio". Anyway how would they have the time to work, I guess all their time is taken up with all that they do with Camelot. Obviously you don't consider what they do important enough...Dam cheek!

Re: A Donation collection
If you heart tells you to donate, then donate. I give credit to Bill and Kerry
for helping me to see the big picture and would love to help them out, other people have there own opinions, just remember, no one is forcing you to. |

Re: A Donation collection
Personally I love the face to face interviews, and donate when and what I can.
Peace, Rena. |

Re: A Donation collection
For clarity's sake I would like to note that this update
http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=12122 that instigated this thread was posted by Kerry on 3/15/2009, almost a year ago. The credit cards have been paid off. Someone just recently noticed it and bumped it up to the top, which is happening quite often lately - so be mindful to check the starting date of threads. You will find the latest here: http://www.projectcamelot.org/ Here is the latest appeal for funds: • Donations needed for travel... Quote:
