Motivational poetry
i recently came across a different style of poetry then i was used to...
Slam Poetry... it has some very raw emotions and a few artists stand out... it is great for young teens...or anyone who needs a boost...Shane Koyczan is my favorite.... "Grandmas got it going on" |

Re: Motivational poetry
Celine - I'm not a young teen, and I'm not sure I need a boost! but I loved this guy, a phenomenon with the spoken word and rhythms. Thanks for posting.

Re: Motivational poetry
Talking about the use of "like" and "you know" in today's language.
"I'm just, like, inviting you to join me on the band wagon of my own uncertainty."
