Default The abolition of private property

NewsWithViews.com

Some months ago, I wrote how the International Bankers have made billions of dollars in loans to many third world nations and those loans were never collateralized. In other words, the money was loaned and the notes were never secured by mortgaged property. It isn’t part of a banker’s draft plan to make unsecured loans, so now the World Bank is about to monetize land. In 1987, then—Secretary of the US Treasury, James Baker stated; “No longer will the World Bank carry this debt unsecured. The only assets we have to collateralize are Federal Lands and National Parks.”

If the World Bankers want to collateralize land they’ve come to the right place because over 25 percent of the United States is under “Federal Land” ownership. I thought it would be easy to get the actual figures but soon found it is extremely difficult. The bureaucrats don’t want us to know how much of “OUR” land they dominate and they are constantly seeking more. According to Jim Beers (jimbeers7@verizon.net), “Over a half billion acres of land is currently ‘owned’ (not leased or partnered or cooperatively managed but ‘owned’ by the federal government.) This represents more than 25 percent of the entire United States.” Jim goes on to say, “A sketch of this ownership is very hard for average citizens to obtain. It is avoided at meetings and in reports and in speeches as we are shunted from one emergency to another. It saves this critter or that landmark or that ecosystem as your politician or friendly bureaucrat wants more money for more private land for that Refuge, Park or Forest System.”

Here are the best figures we can find… 96 million acres in Refuges – 83 million acres in Parks – 193 million acres in US Forest – BLM (Bureau of Land Management) figures are unavailable but make up many, many millions of acres – and the Department of Defense claims 27,824,282 acres and is trying to obtain another half million acres of privately owned ranch land in South Eastern Colorado. Also over 51 million acres have been designated by the United Nations as either WORLD HERITAGE SITES or BIOSPHERE RESERVES.

This isn’t exactly what the drafters of the US Constitution had in mind when they wrote “Congress shall have power to exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards and other needful Buildings.”

In 1956 T. Coleman Andres, IRS Commissioner under the Eisenhower Administration was quoted in US News & World Report; “We’re confiscating property now. That’s socialism. It’s written into the Communist Manifesto. Maybe we ought to see that every person who gets a tax return receives a copy of the Communist Manifesto with it so he can see what’s happening to him.” The government actually started confiscating private property very early in the century, and property owners were lied to from the very beginning.

What is now the GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS NATIONAL PARK was once home to families of farmers, towns, local community schools and churches. Over 700 inhabitants formed a community with a strong sense of tradition and local pride, yet in the 1930’s the National Park Service tore down, burned and destroyed homes, barns, schools and churches in that fertile valley. Durwood Dunn, a history professor at Tennessee Wesleyan College, wrote, “Having destroyed the community of Cades Cove by eminent domain, the community’s corps was now to be mutilated beyond recognition.” This happened after landowners and homeowners and business owners were told, “this legislation protects the constitutional rights of property owners.”

In 1926 US Senator Lawrence D. Tyson (Democrat from Tennessee) issued a statement to rest the fears of those residing in the area to be included in the Great Smoky National Park that their homes may be taken from them. Tyson said no person would be “compelled to move or in any way to be disturbed – Congress can pass no bill whatever that can in any way take away the land of any citizen.” Tennessee Governor Austin Peay told those within the boundaries they “need have no alarm; such evictions would be a blot upon the state that the barbarism of the Huns could not match.”

It was Secretary of the Interior Hubert Work who in 1928 told Senator Tyson the National Park Service policy “is to eliminate all private holdings in our national parks.” Park Service Assistant Director, Arno Cammerer found “church people the most difficult to deal with. They have no public vision and are a most selfish crowd.” After they were forced from their Smoky Mountain land, Director Horace Albright promised the National Park Service would “do all it can to preserve the traditions of these sturdy people.”

The ABOLITION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY is the first plank in the Communist Manifesto. The communist bureaucrats and politicians within our government have been taking what belongs to WE THE PEOPLE for many decades and the World Bankers are loving it.

Default Re: The abolition of private property

10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto

1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all right of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of waste-lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, &c., &c.[6]

According to the Communist Manifesto, all these were prior conditions for a transition from capitalism to communism (but Marx and Engels later expressed a desire to modernize this passage[7]).
