Default The 18 Day Cycle

I think I may have discovered something. In my own experience up to this point, this is synchronicity at it's finest. I'll begin with my story.

It was last Sunday at 2AM, and I had finished listening to the David Wilcock latest piece on Camelot earlier that day. I wanted to figure out where I was on my 18 day cycle according to the Book of One (where the 5th and 6th days you are most psychically adept). So I found a website that can calculate your number of days (I also did that also my hand with multiple dates to verify the calculator's authenticity).

On that Sunday, it came out to 8410 days. I then divided that by 18 which was
467.22222. So that means I've lived 467 cycles and .2 is equivalent to 4/18, or the 5th day of my cycle. So, I was like hell yeah, my abilities are going to be strongest around the autumnal equinox.

Now this is where things get interesting. I asked my friend Collin who was sitting in the room with me to give me his birth date right after I figured out mine. Then I asked my friend Athena who was sitting in the room. Then I did my brother's birthdate. Athena asked me to do our friend Johnny's bday next. I then did my other brother's birthday (who was also born 10:30 at night). Here's the math, in respective order:

01/16/62 - 17050 days / 18 = 947.22222
05/22/86 - 8158 days / 18 = 453.22222
09/20/87 - 7672 days / 18 = 426.22222
12/22/83 - 9040 days / 18 = 502.22222
02/22/96 - 4595 days / 18 = 255.27777

So if you include my birthday, going up until Johnny's, we are all on the same 18 day cycle, with my youngest brother being a day ahead of us, however, only by an hour and a half. If you take into play statistically the chances of that, minus my other brother, the chances of this randomly happening are 1,889,568 to 1.

After this, we started doing a bunch of our friend's birthdays and other famous people who we thought may fit this picture of similarity you could say. Anyways, it turned out that 60% were within one or two days of our cycle (either behind or forward), with another 20% being within three days of our cycle, and the last 20% behind scattered all over the spectrum (the 11 other days in the cycle). I found this absolutely amazing. David Wilcock happens to be within a day of my own cycle btw.

This is the third time I've tried to type this article as each time my pc crashes like it doesn't want me to type it. Hopefully this time it's a go. I decided to make a second attempt at it after last night. I was reading David Wilcock's articles he recently posted on his website (DW just loves to pop up in my life haha), and I came across the part where he is discussing the Book of Ra again. I had forgotten about the synchronicity in which I am discussing right now, and came across the name Don Elkins. For some reason this name rung in my head, like it just did right now, I mean it really rung in my head haha. Anyways, I was just staring at the name on my screen like WTF. Very strange feeling and then I see died in 1984. I was born in 1985. It made me think. Do I have some connection to this person?

I decided to check his Mayan birthday: Different symbols. Then I'm like oh ya, the 18 day cycle. His birthday is 02/27/1930. I do the calculation (as of 9/21/08): 1594.2222. After this, I was like okay, I got to share this with somebody. So yes, that's my story, and the question I ask is: What day on the cycle are you. It would be interesting to see the similarities. Use 09/21/08 though when sharing so we all use the same reference point. It's really the last two decimal places that are important. If it's a whole number, then that would be your first day as of the cycle (as of 9/21).

9/21 for me is 898.38888.

I am still trying to wrap my head around where I am in the cycle.

Today it is 898.94444. Is it when it rolls over to 899.0 the new cycle begins? It sure makes some sense as to how I have been feeling the last couple weeks. Ugh!

I did find this very interesting when I heard him mention it. I got distracted from checking it out. Thank you for the reminder!

Hey!! I just got on the calculator and 899.0 is TOMORROW! Wahoo!

Greg Arturo,

This interests me a lot but I just can't figure out how to calculate this.
I come to a total of 19887 days , divided by 18: that amounts to 1.104.8333
And from there how do I get on ?
Gosh I must be lost into darkness

Thanks for your help

Mudra,

According to my calculation, as I think I just wrapped my head around the formula process for myself, this coming Saturday begins a fresh new cycle for you.

When the didgets after the decimal turn into a whole #, a new cycle.

My b-day is on 02/24/1984.

The number I get for 09/21/08 = 498.666

Today would be 499.222

I'm not sure on which day that puts me? How do you calculate which equivalent day you are on on your cycle? (Math is not my strong point)

Love you All,

Keep adding or subtracting number of days to your #, deviding by 18 until it comes to a whole # without the decimal. That whole # is a new cycle.

Good to hear everyone appreciated it. You're all doing the math right, but here's how to understand it. The whole number is the number of cycles you've completed. If it's only a whole number, as in 18 divides evenly, then you are on your first day in the cycle. With a simple understanding of fractions you convert it from there. Since the number is 18, anytime it's 2/18, that's 1/9 or .111111 repeating. So .444444 is 4/9, or 8/18, or you're ninth day (as .00 is the first). So .38888 is half way between .4444 (4/9, 8/18) and .3333 (3/9, 6/18), so it's 7/18, or the eigth day. Hope that mindframe of thinking helps you all.

Go here, and type in 9/21/08 for todays date, so we can compare each other, and you can also check today for yourself.

With the days, divide it by 18. Here's a list for the days:

.000 - 1st Day
.055 - 2nd Day
.111 - 3rd Day
.166 - 4th Day
.222 - 5th Day
.277 - 6th Day
.333 - 7th Day
.388 - 8th Day
.444 - 9th Day
.500 - 10th Day
.555 - 11th Day
.611 - 12th Day
.666 - 13th Day
.722 - 14th Day
.777 - 15th Day
.833 - 16th Day
.888 - 17th Day
.944 - 18th Day

eXchanger, here are the days for you (this is as of 9/21/08):

12/27/1958 - 18166 days / 18 = 1009.222 or the 5th day (you're on the same cycle with me! As of today, you'd be on your 15th day)
07/29/1966 - 15395 days / 18 = 855.277 or the 6th day
04/06/1993 - 5647 days / 18 = 313.722 or the 14th day
10/25/2007 - 332 days / 18 = 18.444 or the 9th day

Hey, today I'm 12344 days old! Bday is 12/16/74.

So I'm in cycle 685.78 which means I'm on my 15th day, correct?

Gregor- do you happen to have a formula for figuring out where you are on the Mayan calendar? And if the 5th and 6h days are peaks, what are the other days?

This is a COOL thread. And I agree w/you, I feel it's important. There are no coincidences in these times.

For Sept 21st of this year, my number was a whole number.

So that'd mean it was the first day of the 18 day cycle?

Do you remember what part in Book One of LoO is spoke about this? I feel like checking back on it now, because I forget the context.

Actually I find it fascinating. I basically have no idea what you're talking about, but plainly you're onto something. It reminds me of my Strengths Finder group, where we all have used a particular life tool to focus on five of each other's specific strengths. In those top-five lists, I have three out of five in common with my wife, and four out of five with a woman in the group who is a few years younger. The odds against that are fairly high, and I find it interesting that both my wife and this other woman are people that I immediately felt totally at ease with. The connection with this other woman, by the way, is not romantic in the least, and yet there is a peculiar intimacy to it that we both feel. We've talked about it a little, it's as if we knew each other a long time ago, or something.

What this suggests to me, these to odd synchronicities of meeting people, is that there really aren't very many coincidences going on here. I surely do not understand all the connections or the subtle currents that draw us into and through each other's lives. But at intervals throughout my life I've met people that I knew, somehow, I was destined to cross paths with. And it seems to me, too, that those encounters are starting to come much, much more often.

Hiya! Thanx for this!

I figured out im 9035 days in to my life so far..

That divided by 18 is 501.94444444444444444444444444444

That makes my day in the Cycle: 18:th day.

Yay, fresh start tomorrow then!

Hope i got it right nao?

Thanks again for excellent thread!!
