This economic collapse has made doom predictions seem more legitimate.
For the past 20 years I've been reading various doom predictions, and none of them have come true.
But some of the latest predictions have a new legitimacy because they are attached to an economic component, and we all can see that the economic side of things is falling apart big time. I will still need to see something other than bleak economic news to believe that the canned food, candles, bottled water, stashed cash was a wise move on my part. OK, maybe I'm wrong. An earthquake would make my efforts seem like a stroke of genious. |
