Energy vampires - Page 3

This is probably the most eye-opening and most relatable thread I've read on here so far. The person I live with fits this description of an "energy vampire" perfectly. So far I think I have done a pretty damn good job at grounding myself but after reading all the tips I think I still have some work to do. I just did I quick read-through but don't recall anything about helping these people to return to a positive way of living. Any ideas?
