Just wanted to let everyone know I have been experimenting with high enema and the MMS.

Since I cannot find ANYTHING online using the MMS in a high enema, I decided to be the guinnea pig myself.

I used 20 drops of MMS to 100 drops of citric acid. (20 drops is 1/4 teaspoon, slightly domed) After it activated (3 minutes) I added that to about 1 1/4 gallons of water. (Remember the solution when mixed with water stays active for a limited amount of time, I think it's about and hour, let me check that and get back to you here. I'll be back.) Well, the point is to mix up the solution just prior to doing the colonic (after you've got everything set up) so it stays active longer.

I did my first one 1/1/2009 with some very 'interesting' results.

This is WEIRD, talking about bowel disturbances on the internet.

Anyway, for what it's worth, there was slimy matter and other unusual jelly-like whitish stuff coming out. While I was performing the high enema, which took me over an hour, I could feel stress leaving my body.

I felt really good the next morning. So I did it again 1/2/2009, and there was a little less strange matter, but I felt it was worth it.

The following days I could feel things moving in my colon.

I tried it again about a week later and there was less again.

But, about a week after that I saw some hard fecal matter come out. So there must be more. GROSS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope no one is going to throw up on my message.

The next time I'm going to try 30 drops of MMS to 150 drops of citric acid solution.

I have a friend who is a Colonic Irrigation Specialist and she is going to do some experimenting too, as she was told at a Raw Foods Festival, by another Colonic Irrigation Specialist what great results her patients were receiving using the MMS in the irrigations.

I don't have a machine, but I rigged up a bucket and board and strainer and gravity tube over my toilet. GROSS AGAIN.

Please Note: It has been suggested that what I was performing is a high enema, not a high colonic, as I was told it was over 28 years ago, so I've edited my wordage on this post.
Of course I used to be a vegetarian until that turned into a person who also eats fish and chicken and dairy. Now the proper term for a vegetarian has morphed into vegan (abstaining from all meat and dairy related products including fish).

Peaceandlove: Thanks for feedback. I am ordering from the US website you mentioned above. I am going to do a light detox first with Wholy Tea, just to get some toxins out of the way and clean out the liver as well. I believe this should make it easier for my system when I begin the MMS. At least thats my thinking. I will also check out further the links you mentioned....tks again. I will try to give input here once I get started on the MMS.....I'm a little apprehensive, after reading all the experiences here .

WOW you sure are brave PeaceandLove

In the book there is a woman name Clara and she goes a little crazy with her dosages also.

She gives her patients 6/30 and the same one hour later.....she watches over all her patients

One lady (and I'm sorry if this was posted already) Well she was able to move her fingers and her right hand and leg were paralized when she started this two hours previously......Absolutely amazing information

So people this truly is one heck of a mineral and I really think that this s/b pushed as much as we all can to help get this around the world to heal people. The book details how many doors were slammed on Jim Humble and others so it's really important.

My lungs are doing extremely well after last week when I thought I was going to die....LOL it took three days to get my lungs to calm down and in reading the book, Jim says it will do this to extreme cases of Ashma......which is what I have. It's like your lungs need to "come down" and with all the vomiting mine were streched to the limit

I am very happy for these postings and more so now that I have the book.

Also I want to thank PeaceandLove for the video's on calming down the effects.

I am starting to venture this trip again tomorrow even though I suffer, I know first hand that something good is happening and so I need to be hard on myself and just get through all this.

I wanted to tell you that Osteorathritis is mentioned in the book as being one that you can cure with the MMS

I wanted to add to you personally that I too had osteoarthritis but took Vitamin D3 for 30 days. 50,000 IU twice a week for 30 days and cured myself per my new Rhuematogolist from India. I hugged her for saving my life for that info as I really had Vitamin D defiency and was being treated for Osteo, RA, Neuropathy and tarsel and carpel tunnel. So I got rid of all of them and they were all truly dianosed and threw all the stupid meds I was taking out the door. So you can use that with the MMS as I continue to do so now at 2000 IU a day to keep me here. I know when I miss it for a few days .

Jim writes that he doesn't recommend anyone taking more than 15 drops for two weeks..........To use more is what the men do to end their misery.

I will not venture there.............no thank you I am happy going at the slow pace I plan on taking up again. My sister is going to go for it too this time. She couldn't beleive that it was helping people that were paralyzed. woohoo tell the world

Thank you Mntruthseeker & bless you. This is the kind of feedback I am looking for. I feel determined to cure myself from Osteoarthritis. My mind is too young to be hampered with this condition. Do you not have any pain or stiffness now? I am also curious about your other post about the woman who was paralyzed? Please can you share some more details about her condition. What was it and how is she now? Thank you and keep up the good work. I'm rooting for ya.

Yes it is as a matter of fact.......

When I was sick over the MMS last weekend, I grabbed some of the D3 along with the C to stop my vomiting and it worked like a charm. One more time and it ended......I will not go without my D3 ever again.

I was experiencing leg cramps ( I thought I was becoming an extortionist with my legs) I couldn't stand anything on my toes (bed covers or sheets) but the cold make them very painful. It always felt like needles or bees biting me..........gone after taking my first dosage of the D3.................

D3 stops the flue in its tracks so that is why I used it 3am when I was sick.....trust me, I had to pull myself out to get the pills I was so sick.........glad I did.............it worked!

You can buy Vitamin D3 online......at the pharmachy, I needed a prescription for 50,000 IU strength but I seen it online. I hope you can get it there, I am in the US.. I would not use it at that strength for more than 27 days so you only need 30 pills at that strength........I get mine over the counter now to maintain........

I know you are in pain, been there and was getting shots for mine and had to walk around with 2 pairs of wool socks on for my feet to keep warm............The pain is unbearable........The best to you and may you become painfree soon

Is this what it says in your book?

Jim Humble:

Arthritis: There are some things that you should know about arthritis
if you have the problem. First, it doesn’t matter how bad it is, your
body will heal it, but you have to follow the correct procedure. So
you need to know what kind of arthritis you have as MMS will help
with rheumatoid arthritis and lyme arthritis and some others, but not
with normal arthritis.

Normal arthritis is caused by the muscles in the area pulling in the
wrong direction. The wrong muscles are trying to take over and
move the body in that area. When these muscles begin to pull
against one another they create pain and tension in the area and
begin to destroy the joint. You can get it back to working again. The
book Pain Free by Pete Egoscue tells how to get the correct muscles
back to working again, and the body then heals the joint no matter
how bad the bones are scraping against one another. It’s just
requires some unusual exercises to get the correct muscles back to
working correctly. In most cases, even severe cases, the pain is gone
in a week. So buy the book at any large book store. Paper back was
$15 the last time I looked.

Most other forms of arthritis can be handled with the MMS. Just
follow the directions on the label.

Update.

my 10% citric acid solution turned up today so I used this instead of freshly squeezed lemon.

I must say, using the citric acid solution made the smell and taste stronger so I can only presume its better to use citic acid? Maybe the lemon smell masks the taste and smell better and thats the reason it may feel stronger?

I as due to go onto a 9 drop dose but stayed at 8 just because it seems a stronger dose.

i took it about an hour ago and havent felt any side effects or nausea at all.

My stomach and bowels pains from yesterday have subsided....it feels as if that part of my body is having a good cleanout.

I was going to start back up today but instead watched my grandson. LOL It's been a week since I used it and you know what? I'm going to start using 6 drops. I can't imagine going through all that again.............I most deffinately have to be cleaned out

In some of the book that I'm reading many start right off with six drops and they take their second dose after only an hour.

I too will do this to just get this over with............I want to get this done and go to the maintenance.

1/2 dose this monring at about 9.45am. (he was coughing an awful lot and had a runny nose)

By 2pm the coughing stopped and his nose became crusty. It had stopped running poor lad.

I have not seen him go from hot to cold that quick before - seriously. Its now 18.43 and he seems really really well. Unbeleiveable.

I also finished part 1 of the book - A BRILLIANT READ.

I have told so many people about MMS recently and everyone should do the same.

Dried up crusty nose is not really a good sign for Bronchitis and Ashma as I'm sure you know this. Peer is the one who first started this tread and he recommends adding up water to the misture of 1-5 and to put your face over the steam. I personally use it in a nebulizer as I have the same problem as your son.........Once you break up the muscus in your lungs and sinuses you will be neither with a runny nose or dried up nose. Personally I would rather have the runny nose as it is at least draining. When it is hard (crusty) it kills me . The neburlizer really helps and I use it with just one drop

Now I also have the book and in the back you will see a section listed for kids...............its very good and some of the dosage are more than I would probally use on a child but apparently no one has died in any of the treatments used in Jims book unless they were already on "deaths door"....with aids.

Hi Brook,

I noticed a few days back that after 5 days off, I had to drop my dose from 15 drops back down to 10. My advice would be to go down to 5 drops, then bump it back up to 6 on your second dose of the day, then 7 the next day etc assuming no vomiting.

Remember you can always defuse with shredded apples (for nausea) and in the worst case, OJ or juice with added ascorbic acid to reduce the effect.

I am on day 6 and I started having lung problems 2 days ago. I was wondering if I had a lung infection again. Last winter I had lung infections from October till March and had to be on ashma inhalers. So thanks for the info, I was seriously thinking of starting antibiotics tonight! But I think I will give it another day or two.

I quit for a week as I get the dry heaves when I smell the mixture. I actually am fighting revulsion while I type this. I do not know if I will ever be able to restart taking it orally. It is too disgusting for me.

I'm back up to 15 drops as of today. Seems to be handling it pretty well.

I have also developed quite an aversion to the taste... there's no getting used to it. However I mix my solution with about 2 gulps of apple juice, hold my breath while I drink it and then chase it down with a glass of water. That seems to work the best for me.

I experienced the same thing when I got to the higher drops and had experienced nausea. So I was associating the smell with herx reacion. But, for some reason now I just ignore it. I think the EFT might have helped some, plus I don't hold the glass under my nose before I add the apple juice. After I add the apple juice I don't smell or taste it at all. I uses 50/50 water/unfiltered apple juice.

I've been on and off quite a few times since August. I like the way it cleans my teeth and that's at the 6 drop dose and the smell isn't that intense at that level.

I've also read some people use it in enemas instead of drinking it.

You might be happy you have the product handy should you need it to fight a virus or to purify water, treat a burn, snake bite, food poisoning, eye infection, etc.

I found that taking it with grape juice instead of apple juice made a big difference as the taste and smell is masked more efficiently, even at the higher doses.
