Protection from ELF advise?

frequencies from 1 to 300 cycles per second (Hz)

If one believes they require protection from such frequencies... and they are talking about electromagnetic ELF (not audio ELF).... look at brain entrainment devices... or simple pulse generators operating in that frequency range... even Audio-Generators (electronic) or TENS or SCENAR units are possibilities... connected to electrodes and placed on the body in the proper locations... set safe amplitude/levels.
If you don't have those.... just play music which contains a wide spectrum of pleasurable sounds!

This may render most ELF "attacks" useless.
Simple but effective.

Personally, i would not be too concerned about ELF in most areas of the planet.

Microwaves are a different story all together.

As for EMP (Pulses of High Energy/Very short duration Radiowaves)..... protection is required only during certain types of blasts (usually nuclear but not necessarily).... Once the blast(s) has flashed there are no Pulses to do damage to equipment.
