I have been waiting to find silence in my mind, when I'm not playing music my mind is constantly at 6000 rpm. I know there is ADHD in my family, however it is not crippling, it just never allows for quiet in my mind. I eagerly await your guidance.

Hi Esteban,
What is happening is a training program starting from the basics up. When the group has reached a certain level we will do group meditations.
I know that there are people all around the world and time differences so these will have to be set up into groups. I will also arrange the timing of these meditations with astrology.
At the present time though there is a lot of training to do first before any group meditation.

hopefully we get this thing started soon. i have been attempting to meditate on my own via mp3s and the like. does any1 know any good books on meditating. this sounds like it will be quite the positive experience and i can't wait! let's do this guys!
