Hello all, I haven't posted in awhile. Some things have happened, and the result is that Mrs. Mizar is Mrs. no more. She couldn't stand the prepping, Gold buying, ETC.
Anyone else out there have this trouble? Mizar |

Sorry to hear that Mizar.. just don't tell her where you hid the gold...
As if marriages and relationships don't have enough strain in them (usually revolving around who's turn it is to wear who's underpants) now we have: "The end of the world... and what are you going to do about it?... you're just watching sport/just reading the IKEA catalogue/just wearing my pants on your head" scenarios to contend with. Well, Mizar, at least you're in good company here. Not a sane person any one of us...but we're good listeners. ![]() Best wishes mate... anyway Avalon is strewn with gorgeous women who are not only hot...but have amazing personalities too ! I should know.. I'm one of them... apparently... No scrub that... I'm just kidding. I bet you won't stay single here for long.. just have to figure out which continent you want to live on. Ask any prospective dates first though about their contingency plans for plague/nuclear war/financial collapse/FEMA shake down and their view on which domicile is safest: mountains/coastal plain/underground bunker... If we ever get to have an Avalon speed-dating event... I'm bringing my clip-board along with all of these extremely relevant and pertinent questions I want to put to my Avalon gal ![]() ![]() K |

I wonder how many people would be up for posting photos of themselves on avalon for just one day. We can call it 'be your own avatar for one day' - I might just start it off by putting mine up?? or will I?? hmmmm - decisions, decisions.!!

I wanted to ask someone out at work but most of the advice I am getting from "friends" says that it's too risky or it's creepy or so forth. It's discouraging. It's like they automatically think that it's a bad idea.
I feel so discouraged and yet, so torn because a co-worker I feel, is sending me signals. It is so frustrating. I want to break out of this shell so bad. |

wait no longer within your frustration ... your heart speaks to go forth with this lady ... not dismissing your friend's input ... but your heart is your best guide ... there is no dilemma when you follow it and step out of fear ... what if hj ... you turned your back on your inner voice ... never have taken the opportunity to see where this could go ... what if ... she IS the one ... imho ... you have nothing to lose ... but only to gain ... if it turns out she is not the one ... then that is ok ... if she IS the one ... then ... FIREWORKS!!! ![]() we are meant to step out of fear ... the "risk" will take care of itself if this is really what you want to persue ... it will just be ... i don't understand what is "creepy" about it ... i think it is creepier experiencing this current dilemma ... go on ... listen to your heart ... ![]() ![]() |

am truly sorry to know the path you once shared has come to completion ... i can relate to this as i am certain others here can as well ... the greater i lived from heart central ... the deeper he fell into illusion ... our path then divided ... and now we walk in separate directions ... and through heartache and sorrow ... i trust he and i both find happiness and love upon our own journeys now ... and i do trust it will be so ... know all is well ... you will be fine ... as will she ... blessings and love ... you are not alone ... ![]() |

Sorry to be callous Hj, but what are you more interested in, your job or your co-worker?
I hate to suggest the negative, but if things don't work out after dating a bit, work could become awkward. I've been there. That said, I agree completely with fe. Best of luck to ya matey. ![]() |

55% of couples meet in the working enviroment 35% meet through friends social groups The rest is made up of variables such as 'meeting out', internet, and even PA Once I was run over at the traffic lights by a woman in a car...i was un hurt, tho a little embarrased...she offered dinner as a way of saying sorry, I agreed, long story short...nightmare! ![]() Once I was pumping gas as a young fella... I filled her car up and she invited me back for dinner... ![]() so, there are many ways of meeting another... HJ if you like her go for it! its all experience one way or another. Peace.

STRAWBERRY MATCH
At one occasion, a game was being played called "Strawberry Match". There were 50 boys and 50 girls present at that occasion and also 50 pairs of different fruits each pair consisting two similar fruits i.e. two apples, two oranges, etc. Later, one fruit of every 50 pairs were distributed among boys and then remaining one of 50 pairs were distributed among girls. Thus, 50 boys were having 50 different fruits and so were girls. After that game started, and they were asked to go and find their fruit mates. One guy who had "Strawberry" was looking for his strawberry match; and he stumbled upon on girl. They introduced themselves and after sometime; the guy found out that the girl was searching her "Apple" mate; so after saying bye to her; he started his journey again and then met another girl; she turned out to be holding "pomegranate". So again after humbly saying bye to her, he started his search again and at last found his "Strawberry" match. I personally found out that this is the way it works; we all have some unique fruits in our hands; and we do have our fruit mates; so do not get discouraged by stumbling upon wrong fruit mate; and be hopeful that there is one "fruitmate" for you out there, which you would find out may be sooner or later ![]() TR |
