Protecting yourself

Excellent points, OW. I think it's so important if you're visualizing protection that you do it from a place of love and expansion. I try to access my higher self, my source and love is the energy I use. Like you said, I don't fear but really am too busy with my pursuits and learning. I'd rather avoid any distractions if possible. I can't imagine successfully protecting yourself if you're doing so out of fear- it would be counterproductive. I'm glad you brought that up.

As to why I would want to protect myself it's directly because of my experience in the Dark Entities thread. I was too open, I know that and again thank you all for your tips. And I probably was not well grounded at times. And really, the process of protecting yourself- if you aren't doing it out of fear- is a nice spiritual experience in itself. I really enjoy it!
