Karen, we admire you for your ability to open up and ask for assistance. Sometimes bravery involves revealing our need for help from others. It is the first step toward healing. We love you and give many thanks for your work on this forum. Mint tea is the answer I am hearing regarding your stomach upset. The muscular/skeletal will take more rest time. Watch that cold weather! Keep very warm...I have experience with this, and recently recovered 90 percent from a twenty year chronic pain incident. I shall dream your recovery with love. LB

I just wanted to relay this info to you... at the end of August, I took a fall; the problems you describe are similar to what I had. After about 2 weeks of going to different doctors, I tried applying magnets (see Amway's "Magna Bloc") to pressure points 1) on my sciatic nerve (center of my buttock, 2) on my groin (where the hamstring attaches to hips) and 3) on my 2° charkra..... I left them on for about 6 hours until I coudn't stand them anymore and all problems were gone! I could walk normally without crutches! It was amazing!

Maybe you could try something like this!

Hi Karen,
I wish you well, my thoughts and love are on their way.

I watched this video the other day

and on part 2 it showed an interesting device that puts oxygen in your glass of water and when drank it gets more oxygen into your body which is supposed to boost your immune system.

I actually ordered one this Monday.... it's called a Water Ozonator, I am feeling a bit burned out myself at the moment, I think is it from an information overload and too much time in front of the pc.
