Nuts & Bolts... How to start a radiant zone community?

This question has probably been asked/posted before, but, with all the information here, I'm having a hard time finding what I need! (8^p...

I'm sure that there are MANY of us here who are at a loss as to where to start... Bill? Kerry? any advice, starting at the beginning? Should people wait until the military state is in full swing... should we be start a fund to purchase land?.... oh, my!

There are people, tradesmen and women, willing to SERVE communities, but, we need to establish them first...

I'm going to start a medicinal plants and essential oils 'recipe book' for download and printed copies for if and when the internet goes down... I could sure use some help with information collection. I'm going to have a section on brewing medicinal teas from native plants, a section for medicinal essential oils and dosages, a check list for things like bandages, tape, tweezers, antiseptics (things to stock up on)..etc.. I believe it is important that we have something like this in our first aid kits...

If you would like to help with this major endeavor, please let me know!
