It's interesting...the 'Tomorrow People' episode I watched the other day did mention 'federation' on a view screen as their contact, the tomorrow people are from the future and help in our time. I thought it was well made for the as old as it is. Yes I know it is not the unexplained series, but interesting anyway.

Have you ever heard of John Titor , the time traveler.
He supposedly came back in time to stop the y2k event from happening.
He was also looking for an ancient computer... the first IBM I think.

old computers and time travel....? well that's where the connection ends between these two stories.
