That is apparently why the Federation of Light are infiltrating with a lot of awakened ones permission, so they can help get rid of the bad ETs, we cant do it by ourselves now can we, no. They are allowed to do what the humans allow them to do. Will the government allow them to "conquer" us? No. Will the government allow them to rape you? Yes.
