This is a bit of a long shot and may not appeal to you at all but I understand by my own direct sources that the problem of multiple personalities is related with the splicing in of other entities into the morphogenetic field of the person

As far as I understand, the only technologies that can be applied safely to remove those entities is the one given by the Guardian Alliance in their "sliders 5" workshop

The technique is safe for the soul and body
