Everything in the universe is in a constant state of vibration, including our bodies. Sound is vibration that can be translated by the delicate structures of our inner ear, but it moves more than just those tiny receptors. It is part of the spectrum of energy vibrations that affect us on the mental, physical, and spiritual levels. Long ago shamans recognized the power of sound when they first used chants and drumming to heal people. In ancient Egypt, Greece, and India, the use of sound and music for healing was a highly developed sacred science. Sonic vibration has been one way of experiencing the energy of the universe for much of humanity’s history.

When the vibrations of our physical and spiritual bodies are out of harmony it can cause disease. Sound healing gently massages the molecules back into the right places, clearing blockages and restoring harmony. Ancient healing systems such as Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda associate specific musical notes with subtle-energy systems of the body, such as in yoga where particular notes of music correspond to each of the seven chakras. In Tibet, priests have long used bells and bowls over and around the body to tune and clear the energy centers. Chimes and tuning forks are other tools that have been used to heal not only the body but the energy in a room as well.

Knowing that sound has the power to heal, we should also try to remember that sounds from modern life can have a negative affect. Choosing silence over discord may help us maintain a state of equilibrium. As we seek soothing and harmonizing sounds to surround us, we may be doing more than creating a balm for the noise of the world. We may actually be performing an act of self-healing that connects us with one of the most basic vibrations of the universe.

Everything emits a vibration from the food we eat to the oxygen we breath. Our hearts acts as the generator or resonator of frequencies, our mind becomes the conductor which directs which frequencies you choose to reciprocate. The majority of the time this happens at a subconscious level, our mind has little control of the frequencies which is receiving. This creates a disconnect to higher frequencies vibrations which can help us to grow and develop naturally.
Through the solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats we can begin to tune our minds to receive frequencies which are beneficial and essential in our growth process in both dimensions physical and spiritual. Emphasis must be placed on the importance of these frequencies to help ourselves and our environment . This for me has become a defense weapon to reverse the effects of so many harmful frequencies and vibrations in the world we live in.
It is my humble opinion that the use of these frequencies on a daily basis can indeed change our world in a beneficial and positive manner.

I used to work in a cd shop selling classical music and jazz. I mainly prefered contemporary classical music and free jazz. A lot of the contemporary composers experiment(ed) with frequencies in their compositions. Most of my clients found the music too 'difficult to understand' and I often tried to tell them to stop wanting to understand, to leave thoughts behind and just feel it, to go with the flow. Most people couldn't, but some tried and got themselves hooked as well

Strange! I had some clients who loved free jazz, but a lot of them were 'out there', some of them even had physical problems... Like I said I love it too! ... When I went to those concerts I often saw very spirited musicians deeply connected with the improvisations they played or sang. They were in tune with each other telepatically and I felt like I, as an audience member, could join in this conversation without words. For me listening to this music I felt released from my own mental debris... it shook my body open... stuff came out...

It's like a double edged sword, I guess: it can shake your body open after which karma/stuff could be released. If you go too far/too deep (read: too much) at once it will create problems... it's like the ancient Chinese proverb used when someone wants to condemn an enemy: "May all your karma be released within a week". It sounds nice, but your body can't handle that and you'll die an awful death (not good)!

The body is 'open', it needs to rest, to adapt to the excesses of the musical earthquake or incision, you need to balance it with peace(ful music).

For me it's very difficult too listen to extreme free jazz or atonal classical music now. It hurts on a 'chakralogical' level when I listen to it too long

This is of course my personal view on and experience with this. I would like to hear other people's stories as well...

I am just curious about these solfeggios. I've been seeing a lot about them on the net... what with that Dr. Horowitz and the love H20 concert that happened last summer.

Though I'm kind of at a loss, because the only source of this I find is from Dr. H and there is a lot of talk out there about how he cannot be trusted. What has everyone found out through their own explorations?

A few years ago there was an internet user that claimed to have personal contact with a human from the future that they referred to as 'Emit Rekkert'. Sparse info is left on the net about this obscure little story. 'Emit' was said to be a wingmaker and disappeared after a short while.

Before leaving this 'Emit' allowed some music files from his future timeline to be transferred onto the 'net for general download. These are the files linked below.

The music is frequency based. It has a soothing, uplifting effect. Emit cautioned that it can be slightly addictive simply because it is pleasing. If it becomes a craving, stop listening for a while. Emit stated that all music in the future is of this nature.

I make no assertions as to the validity of the story surrounding this music. However the music has been auditioned without explanation and the reaction is always positive. Judge the effects for yourself.
