I heard the largest percentage of harvested soy goes into cattle/livestock feed.

So if you bought a BigMac or a Whopper you might be ingesting the harmful soy brain poison that way.

Another thing is that numerous foods have soy as an ingredient. And I believe there are lots of ingredients that are made from soy, and called something else.

I think the key is avoiding processed foods and knowing what your meat was fed.
