Kitco is good, been around for a while. I've heard of the bad gold cloning, but not from Canadian mints. I think the Canadian gold is fine, but like it was mentioned, you can always get it tested (I've bought the Canadian gold coin and Euro 100 gram). You can get the new Olympic gold coin that just came out. When I pick it up, the Euro gold sometimes comes with a certificate.
Here's the site: https://online.kitco.com/bullion/completelist.html |

I asked a broker the opther day who is very high up "When is the market going to crash??? He replied to me with this long email back " Soon!"
One of my buddies is a investment guy in Canada, he said the companies that mine gold may be a great investment as he has doubled his money in the last year. Just my 2 cents. |

If I were in your position, I'd put it in things which will stay at or increase in value. I'd buy heritage seeds and safely store them. I'd buy gold and silver, and find a safe place for them.
I'd buy a couple of dozen Berky water filters and lots of spare candles. I'd buy green house kits, solar power kits, windmill kits, various types of fuel, like camp stove fuel, kerosine, non perishable foods, fishing gear, hunting gear, tents, large water tanks, full of potable water, hand crank radios, etc. The necessities will never lose value. Money will, and I predict it will vanish altogether within a decade or two. So what people will give YOU in exchange for what you have to trade, I have no idea. But those types of things will keep their value. |

George Ure's daily update on urbansurvival.com, today, June 8, mentions the Canadian Maple Leaf, and not the flag.

Thank you very much for your two cents worth. I do appreciate it. Every bit of info one receives helps put the tiny pieces together....at least for me. Love and Peace |

I appreciate your response and it is quite helpful. I wasn't aware that Canadian metal is more pure than American so I will definately keep that in mind. The new Olympic gold coin is a good suggestion. Also I would want a certificate for the items I purchase. Thanks for the link as well. You have responded to me before in other posts and you are always knowledgable and kind in your responses. Thank you for that as I believe that's part of what this forum is supposed to be about.....helping one another. Love and Peace |

Thank you much for your kind response to my question. I wasn't aware that Canadian metal was more pure than American so that's good to know. I have been on the kitco site just browsing but have never purchased anything. Thanks for the thumbs up. Love and Peace |
