More about the new financial system

I watched a video of this where a journalist took the exact same route that ambulance took at the same time of day and he stated that they should have arrived at the hospital within 10 min`s after leaving the accident scene . However it them nearly 2 hours to reach the hospital which means they had to have stopped and waited for her to die before carrying on to the hospital. Check the time around 9:00 min this video . It took them 1 hour and 43 minutes to go 4 kilometers.

Your absolutely right Northern...yes I was aware of this....also did you know all the cameras on route switched off at the same time for some unknown reason!!! (well we know the reason hey!!)
