UFO's in florida area?

last week i saw what looked like a star, it was pretty high up but it was moving and got bright then disappeared.

this was over south florida

thats pretty much it , but this was a flashing light, muti colors , it was very cloudy and this was the only light in the sky, no stars were visable it wasnt a plane i live near a airport and i seen every type of plane it was not a plane it was below the clouds. It was moveing at first then stoped and stayed in one spot for 20 mins or so then was gone?!
