Plan to depopulate 90 percent of us in the northern hemisphere?
Through nuclear war in the northern hemisphere this idea would roughly fit the depopulation plan to reduce to 500,000,000. The 10 percent left would be the remaining people in the southern hemisphere. I know its horrible saying this but its just a scenario. Maybe my math is off.
