My understanding is that the chipped - static driven id device and body monitor is earth man stuff...(Not mars man ho ho)..EDIT There is another class of chip that is ET (these are more often than not behind the knees and smaller)...
Marked is a biological mark like a wierd birthmark or deformation that the subject believes from childhood makes him special (in most cases true)..this I'm told is Gaia/bio/morphogenic stuff..
Purpose wallahs carry a kind of light (no markings) and are aware from birth (stare back at the parents) that they are special. Sometimes they also think they are carrying some kind of organism in the middle chakra area.
This is what I've been told not sure if it is accurate...
