Hello friends,

I want to inform you that I am now in possession of Astral walker's DVD.
I did a two hours meditation this saturday .
One hour eyes closed along with music.
Then one hour with music and Astral's swirlies.
I encountered no difficulties in keeping focused and fully present while the swirlies
were playing.
Overall it's been a good experience.
I would love to hear your own testimonies regarding introducing the swirlies in your
meditations .
