You raise a very good question that would nice to have the answer too in the event that we need to rely on the wilderness to acquire these things. In Germany you can't buy Immune Extra because immune boosters are illegal to buy, and if Codex pass's it won't be long before we can't buy it either.

"Pine Cone" extract...I've always visualized it as elements of the whole cone and my first instinct would be to grate it down in to a fine powder and put it in capsules. An alternative would be to make tea out of the powder...Or if you had a large enough quantity of cones and knew how to extract the oil that would be another way.

I currently take the capsule form from Allero.
