In fact, when I saw your thread title I was excited because I thought you were providing this for us! I'm looking for a list. You're trying to keep it simple, right? Something specifically about the swine flu vaccination that may be mandatory? And something that would be one page? And won't your dad want to know who says not to take it and how does he or she know?
