Russia to create electromagnetic super weapon

Here is a article I found on rense.com regarding electromagnetic power generation. It is interesting that they reveal such things before October.

“The devices generating such power – billions of watts – used to be very large in size before. This appliance has a very short impulse, which makes it possible to have it on a desk – it is a very compact device,” the Director of Lebedev’s Institute of Physics, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Gennady Mesyats said.

So it's all starting to come out now. Free energy, the ability to create super weapons. If this new war happens, it is going to be on a whole new level.

What do you guys think of this "new technology"?

Very interesting but i would say they are still playing catch up to the states.

Heres a question if the good ets really want us to evolve then why dont they turn up with a few million of these type devices and free us from the energy bonds ?

Its not like they would be advancing us as these devices are allready sitting in patent offices and oil companies.
