As it says. A bombing range.
I'd assume that the artillery is placed within the "circle", depending on which range/direction it is targeted. But thats just an assumption. |

When you try to zoom in it just shows a page that says "sorry we do not have the imagery to zoom in here" I call b.s. on that digital message.

Do a search for S4, Nevada. You'll see an entry for Secret Alien Base south of Area 51. It's true, saw it myself this past Monday.
