2 Questions

While in my 20's I began to experience spontaneous OBE's. This allowed me to work to the point where I could manifest them at will. In my 30's my interest in this was sidelined in favor of business and family. Now, in my 40's, I find myself with the time and intense desire to begin this exploration again but am having difficulty.

It seems that my abilities to visualize, meditate and project have all been diminished. At first I thought it was being out of practice, but on further attempts and reflection I am wondering if it is being blocked. Does anyone here have any ideas or suggestions about this phenomenom?

Another question I have is with respect to DNA change and evolution. Time for manifestation of this evolution is short. Will this DNA change be spontaneous and global or will it require intent on the part of the individual?
