I was unfamiliar with Dan Winter so I did some research on the web. Evidently he is or was (there are way too many links to wade through on this) involved in a legal dispute with someone by the name of Stan Tenen of the Meru Foundation. Dr. Len Horowitz's name caught my eye when perusing link after link concerning this legal issue. Here is a quote attributed to Dr. Horowitz about information that went into Dr. Horowitz's work: "...I personally apologize to Mr. Tenen and to those who, like me, were defrauded by Mr. Winter into believing that Hebrew letters spoken carry an energetic vibration capable of restructuring maleable materials according to the frequency of these vibrations."
