on line video source to learn about meditation

can anybody please point me to a good on line video source to learn about meditation. and activation the chakras. and any other useful info on the subject. I don't want to be led down the wrong path.

I see we have a sticky on meditation. but I absorb more from a visual. and I can use the threads as a reference.

wow, I'm kind of suppressed nobody responded. I went to a place in town I think its a Ashram? but there all bowing down to a goorue and his goorue. and It all seemed kind of funny. but I am open. and I don't know what to think. I guess its just a personal journey. was just hoping to get some advise.

Kind of sucks when no one replies huh. Dagon there are lots of books on meditation and many will have visuals. I wouldnt go down the guru path for what its worth. Be your own guru. There are lots of teacher of meditation also. Just check that they are empowering you and not themselves. Good Luck
