The times are not aligning up when on the forum. So i think you all can work this out!
Hi all. Due to various questions i have been receiving regarding best times to meditate i have put this together for you. You can meditate at any time but these are best for the chakra's. Chakra Activity Our chakras have hours where they are more acttive, every day. These correspond to the four cardinal points and the seven days of the week. Many of the old magickal texts mention these in the form of the planets. Each chakra corresponds to a specific planet and day of the week. The times of peak activity are important as we can use these times to meditate or work on a specific chakra or use the energies in other ways. The times listed in table below are of the 24 hour clock. For those of you who unfamiliar with this: 13:00= 1pm 14:00= 2pm 15:00= 3pm 16:00= 4pm 17:00= 5pm 18:00= 6pm 19:00= 7pm 20:00= 8pm 21:00= 9pm 22:00= 10pm 23:00= 11pm Also the numbers under the days of the week are corresponding to which chakra. 1st is the base chakra 2nd is repoductive chakra 3rd is the stomach 4th is the heart 5th is the throat 6th is the 3rd eye 7th is the crown chakra Hours Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Midnight 5th 7th 3rd 6th 1st 5th 2nd 1:00 5th 1st 4th 7th 2nd 6th 3rd 2:00 6th 2nd 5th 1st 3rd 7th 4th 3:00 7th 3rd 6th 2nd 4th 1st 5th 4:00 1st 4th 7th 3rd 5th 2nd 6th 5:00 2nd 5th 1st 4th 6th 3rd 7th 6:00 3rd 6th 2nd 5th 7th 4th 1st 7:00 4th 7th 3rd 6th 1st 5th 2nd 8:00 5th 1st 4th 7th 2nd 6th 3rd 9:00 6th 2nd 5th 1st 3rd 7th 4th 10:00 7th 3rd 6th 2nd 4th 1st 5th 11:00 1st 4th 7th 3rd 5th 2nd 6th Noon 2nd 5th 1st 4th 6th 3rd 7th 13:00 3rd 6th 2nd 5th 7th 4th 1st 14:00 4th 7th 3rd 6th 1st 5th 2nd 15:00 5th 1st 4th 7th 2nd 6th 3rd 16:00 6th 2nd 4th 1st 3rd 7th 4th 17:00 7th 3rd 6th 2nd 4th 1st 5th 18:00 1st 4th 7th 3rd 5th 2nd 6th 19:00 2nd 5th 1st 4th 6th 3rd 7th 20:00 3rd 6th 2nd 5th 7th 4th 1st 21:00 4th 7th 3rd 6th 1st 5th 2nd 22:00 5th 1st 4th 7th 2nd 6th 3rd 23:00 6th 2nd 5th 1 st 3rd 7th 4th Let me know if there are any questions! Or forget we are on daylight savings time and use the time on the clock? Thank you for your response but it didn't really answer my question. |
