Hi all
when Dr Bill Deagall was speaking at one of his lectures, he spoke of the magic 5, or so i believe. Does anyone know which 5 he was talking about?, i understand that it is either vits or mins.. Cheers Ammit |

Sorry I did not add this , he was talking about body supplements, magnesium being one of them.

Calcium would have to be the most important one. It is the king of the minerals.

I dont know but, i take vits: D, B, Zinc, Magnesium and garlic capsules every day, have to honest and say I do feel better and more contented since.

I thnk two minerals to make sure you take enough of is silver and gold for your financial health
