Energy shift

I found myself in a massive re-alignment phase today, completely wiped out for several hours, in near unconscious state though highly active spiritually. Did anyone else experience something like this today?

I've been up and down like a huge roller coaster recently. The electrical activity is off the scale. I never thought I'd be alive while new "wiring" was being installed
