Remove the "ism" and you have it. With terror comes fear and insecurity therefore the need for additional security and upgrades. IMHO terror is a mind game played out like chess. I think we can ride out the storms together.

The war on terror is myth seized upon by politicians and the media and the BBC presented a 3 part documentary about this very subject which was most enlightening.
