Australias major 'Top Secret' underground base Pine Gap is entirely financed by the United States Government, known as Joint Defense Space Research Facility. Its primary purpose was research into electromagnetic propulsion. However people like John Lear and William cooper claim technology exchanges have been carried out between high level government officals and non-human races at deep underground bases.

I should also mention in the above article about the construction of the new Parliment building in Australia's capital Canberra. Enormous in size for a small population has numerous computers on 4 levels connected to all banks and communication facilities with purpose to collect data on all citizens in the United States and Europe. The president of the ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION came for a lengthy stay in Australia to supervise in person the construction of 20 luxury residences in Canberra. This proposing the idea of Canberra as the headquaters for the One World Government for various reasons.
