Default Will a speech from a mother to the UN do any good?

I would like to go over and front the UN and give them my heartfelt speech of why I don't want any more of these wars, killing, torturing etc, (which goes along with war etc). As a mother and grandmother maybe reaching out to the mothers, fathers and grandparents I might be able to do some good. I would start off with a heart felt speech but then I would probably get angry and give them a piece of my mind.

RE: Just because they are here living at this moment on the planet in different countries does not mean we can go around willy nilly destroying other people for whatever reason, maiming and killing innocent children, etc, etc, I am really sick of these borders, and you can't cross this one because we don't like your religion.

Any of the Project Avalon forum want to participate - the more the merrier,

Yeah, I can just see them letting me up there. I am ready to go Now.

I'll back you tuza.

Got a petition?

It could work.

We need some more righteous indignation in public at this point in time, and it sounds like that's what you have in store.

Unfortunately, w/ the "diplomats" at the U.N., I think you'd do better to bullhorn outside.

Yes, go for it.
One of the problems I see is that any ET's outside of earth only really get to see mankind through the actions of the governments in power.
The basic ordinary citizens that make up the real majority of humankind don't get heard.

Maybe everyone needs to see that there really is a difference between 'mankind' and it's leaders, and that we aren't as ignorant - or afraid - as gov't's seem to think.
