Default unusual weather clouds/formations

Tonight I witnessed and photographed the most weird cloud formations I've seen - parallel/vibrating lines, rotating clouds - fortunately against a blue sky background. Tried to contact weatherwars, but something wrong with his site - now who???.

Thanks

one time i was driving down the highway northbound on IH-35 from San Marcos to Austin (5 years ago maybe?). it was a very gray day. very even blanket of overcast clouds overhead.

i didn't see it happen, but suddenly the clouds had split apart, making an even, bright sky-blue line south to north, right above the highway. i was like "woah" and pulled out my crappy phone camera and took some shots. within a couple minutes, the cleanness of the line was gone and the even blanket reformed. it was weird. didn't hear any jet fighters fly overhead or anything.

I understand you - but who do we contact with our 'evidence' for analysis?

Hi Avid, we too witnessed some pretty heavy trails all across the sky this evening, they were so concentrated, have never seen before so many in the sky in such a small area

Hey, Avid... very interesting post. Can you upload your pics to photobucket or something like that so we can see them?

I really don't know who would analyze the pics .. could be the results of scalar or HAARP technologies... we know that our weather and atmosphere is being seriously messed with!
