Default UK. Close down on websites...

Hi all,
Heard on the television today, monday 15th that someone wants to control conspiracy websites etc and have a ranking/marking system for them. Apparently to stop people from worrying. Programme was 'business news'. Any thoughts on that?

Well the establishment always moves like a thief in the night; furtive movements for your own good-they'll maintain that it's all laid on for you-you don't have to think here we shall be the judge on what you need to see and what you don't!!?They must feel threatened.

My thought is..'Here we go'. The freedom of the internet is a modern
miracle. But it's just a bit too free for 'the thought police'.
There have been rumbles here and there about proposed plans to
clamp down on the World Wide Web. I sincerely hope that nothing
comes of those plans.

The funny thing about the proposed plans for a ranking system,
though, is the high-ranking ones would probably be inundated with
members and guests.....

today definately feels like the start of the 'quickening'...Bill Ryan has reported that George Green has sat in a meeting the past couple days and it is clear to him the US financial market is imminent for collapse any time soon....it is all over the UK news...
and now they are potentially clamping down on sites like these?

I say we all urgently need to start gathering contact addresses and numbers from trusted members here.... people grab any savings u have and get out the finance game!
here goes folks! the rollercoaster ride looks about ready to get a bit faster....

Unfortunately that someone making the proposal was Sir Tim, the 'inventor' of the world wide web.

"A sort of conspiracy theory of sorts and which you can imagine spreading to thousands of people and being deeply damaging"

Well, who will be the authority to 'label' websites ? Who will be the ultimate "know-it-all" to judge ?

And how do they think this came to be ?
After so many years of spreading fear in ads, tv programs and movies ...

And I cannot think of even 1 government or parliament that can be trusted with your eyes closed !
Wherever you look we see deception ... So how come people are suspicious about a lot of stuff ... hmmm ...
