Default Smell and touch TV's

Hi everyone,

The Holodeck will soon be operational in the home.

http://www.betanews.com/article/3D-T...020/1124471972

I first heard about this in 2003 and I was trying to find the older article which stated these will be in the market by 2008...but sorry, no luck finding it. This article is dated 2005 and claims they will be here around 2010. I think they have this technology already and is pushing back these TV's to disguise another agenda....hmm.

I'm not really sure if I want to smell some of the things I watch on the tube anyway...

your thoughts?

So we're living inside of a hologram and then we get to watch a device make a hologram for us to watch for entertainment... It's like standing in a room with two mirrors facing each other... a reflection echo!

No thanks on the smell!

My ex-gf has a scratch'n'sniff card that was passed out at this film:

I remember a scratch and sniff card video a long time ago, they would flash a number on the screen as a que to scratch that square, one bloke even farted and you were supposed to sniff that

Last night on the News they showed USA soldiers with gulf war syndrome (shell shock) undergoing a new treatment using hologramme tech to re-visit there fears using a simulated war senario, head/eye gear, sound and smell of war...they say 40 out of 50 personal undergoing this treatment were fit to return to duty...poor buggers...

Geez: they must be running short on soldiers, if they are healing the already wounded & returning them back to the field, so they can be re-traumatized. How very compassionate of them.

haha,

Let me add a bit more.

Originally, it was stated to be release in 2008 and as you know…the time came and past. Over the last few years I wondered why they changed the time of release, and then some wicked probabilities started beaming to me. For instance, the stage alien invasions we’re suppose to be having. Could the holograms pull this off? Another thought came when some states in America recently done away with the Analog TV signal. There was some heavy campaigning for the switch and promises to everyone that it will be better. Now, there are countless people complaining the conversion took away their favorite channels and some stations were not accessible due to some bad interference. There is nothing being done or talked about regarding the lowered quality of service. Initially, I thought this was a way for them to get people to pay for TV by making them buy cable. Not long after that I started coming across information on mind control thru HDTV’s and wireless technology. In short…I’m thinking this smell and touch technology might be used against us.

This is some of the reasons why I posted the article...probably shoulda mentioned it earlier. still a cool idea thou...
