How's your big toe Swanny. That need looked at to

But serious, did you feel the healing? You know you can heal yourself. Before you go to sleep at night, order up a healing from your DeepSelf. Sleep is how you God heals your body, your garment.

Cheers

Too much weeding means I've hurt my back again
Please can some one do their stuff for me again
Thx in advance

Maybe I should go see someone???
In your experience what is the best type of healing to sort it out???

My friend said according to Louise Hay that lower back pain means :-
Fear of money, lack of financial support.
Well I have neither of either so I guess that could be right

Chiropractic.

It is likely that imbalance has accentuated the pain. A chiro can do the heavy work of shifting things around, then the healers can take care of the finer detail. Obviously the healers might be able to do it all, but there are considerations: you have to be actively working or want to fix the problem, it must not be due to any kind of pre-life contract programming or karmic in nature.

A..

healing heading your way and could you assist in the process? please draw an outline of your body on some paper. then draw a web on the areas you would like healing energy. then draw a web on your physical body. use blue eyeliner or washable marker. this helps the focus and also we get to work together.

bursts of healing energy heading your way!

FYI: lots of folks are feeling this back pain right now. it could be many layers of things: we are moving into the 6th day, lots of people right now are transmuting this financial stuff and polarization is happening within support systems that worked for the old brain, lots of weeding and planting this time of year, and probably DNA upgrades which causes lots of cellular mass reconfiguration.

be gentle with yourself. and re member that your whole entire body is changing into something else. (punctuated with a right ear tone)

blessings

Thx for that, it comes and goes, gardening definitely makes it worst. But I am very active at work when I have some and it's fine then.

Long distance healing for you. Also, arnica gel helps.

You can use the caster oil overnight without the heat pack, works just as well, arnica for bruises, bryonia for sore muscles and joints.

Swanny, get a chiro treatment before gardening season - good preventative measure. See a physiotherapist and get the right exercises for your back and DO them regularly. Ask your friends for healing and intend some for yourself also. Check out the Edgar Cayce website to find out how to use a castor oil pack if need be.

If you follow all this advice you'll be so busy you won't have time to think about your back and before you know it you'll be fine again!
