The article is entitled "American Stonehenge" and starts on page 118 of the May 2009 issue of Wired.

The author looked into the origins of the Georgia Guidestones, but what he was able to find out was pretty limited. The article is a good read in any case. It can found online here.

Also in this issue (pg 38): "Mad Scientists" - examples of scientists studying such things as precognition, disembodied consciousness, telekinesis, and UFOs.
