Yes we are the World Citizens...We are also Galactic Citizens...but people don't realize this because truth has been denied from for thousands of years...really when we are introduced to our extended family all history will be re-written.
I love that song and the words...."So we all must lend a helping hand" ... do you not think that these words would extend outwards as well...from a higher dimension.
No one is asking us to give up our conciousness and freewill. If you read the message it clearly states it is our choice. We are all blessed with freewill. You have your choice and that is perfectly ok.
Of course you treat your neighbours the way you want to be treated. Our cosmic neighbours will do the same.
