Update on HR 2749: the FDA-expanding, anti-Family Farms bill

Thanks to grassroots efforts around the country, HR 2749
http://www.campaignforliberty.com/blog.php?view=22571, the so-called Food Safety Act of 2009, failed to pass through a special parliamentary procedure that limited debate but required a higher percentage vote (2/3 of the House) in order to pass.
But now is not the time to celebrate. The margin of victory was only 7 votes, and a simple majority vote can come as early as tomorrow (that's Thursday, the 29th).
