Because Avalon was down, we were only able to meet with a few members, but we had a meeting that went from 9:00am to 6:30pm, and didn't even stop for lunch, if that can be believed.
In any case, we have enough agreement that we hope to be able to start building the center this year. The redesigned center is intended to be bermed and is expected to survive any expected wind speed (in excess of 300 mph) and also specially design to survive earthquakes intact as a unit.
