Default Re: Bashar to make you smile : The Rubberband Analogy

Thank for this link Martina.
I just felt to relate it to an article on compassion I read last night onhttp://www.nibiruancouncil.com
articles...What is compassion?
The viewpoint is interesting. I summarize it quickly here

1: Learn the extent of the actions of the Dark: Don’t be an ostrich
This step means that we as creator gods/goddesses explore the depths of our creation. We do not hide or run from what we have created. No matter how dark, ugly, disgusting and painful that creation is, we realize that not only are we responsible for it because it is part of All That Is, we find value in it as a learning opportunity...

2: Transmuting the energies
Once we know the extent of the Dark’s actions, we can then move to the next step: transmutation. This is where higher dimensional/creator god tools come into play. We cannot transmute the pain, anger, revulsion and disgust into compassion unless we have a tool that enables us to see their value. At this time in our history, we must activate those tools and we will find them stored in our DNA. We did not choose to be here on earth at this time without the tools that would enable us to successfully complete the mission....

3: Creating the grid
Using 5D compassion means that as creator gods/goddesses we understand that we must now create an alternate reality to the previous one. We must create a reality that not only counterbalances the Dark one but also takes us to the next level in our learning. So, we invest time in transmuting all the dark energies from our current creation, wresting every drop of darkness to use as fuel that we transmute to energize our new reality, and our next step....

If we only focus on the Light we will never reach the other side.
But if integrate the shadows in our life by recognizing their value we can transmute them into Light and move into a new dimension.
